One of Banksy’s most recognisable and popular designs, Pulp Fiction, first appeared in 2002 near the Old Street tube station. It was visible until 2007 when Transport for London painted over the wallciting that it contributed to an image of the neighbourhood as violent and decaying. When the mural was covered, a local artist spray-painted the words “Come Back” in its place, addressing the note to Banksy. The elusive artist re-tagged his Pulp Fiction in the same place, but this time, the characters were holding actual pistols and dressed in banana costumes instead of suits.
Banksy created a limited edition screen print of the work in 2004 with 150 signed pieces and 600 unsigned pieces. Here we have one of the unsigned prints.
This original Banksy limited edition screen print is sized 50 x 70 cm and will be sent flat (unframed) along with a Pest Control COA.
