The exceedingly rare and quite striking British quad film poster for Francois Truffaut’s first full-length, and influential New Wave, film The 400 Blows (Les quatre cents coups). Believed first-year-of-release, or very early 60s re-release. Beautiful design, with a very bold yellow background, in a style very similar to Peter Strausfeld's Academy Cinema posters.
This vintage movie poster is in fabulous unrestored condition. It is sized 30x40 inches and will be sent rolled (unframed).
