Dracula Has Risen From the Grave US 1 Sheet Film Poster, Steve Frankfurt and Phillip Gips

Hammer horror goes fashion-editorial. This US one sheet for Freddie Francis's Dracula Has Risen from the Grave reduces Christopher Lee's return as Dracula to a provocative monochrome photograph, tiny title and a pair of pink plasters.

The film is peak late-1960s Hammer — gothic, lurid and beautifully shot — but the poster takes a strikingly modern route. Its near-minimalism makes it one of those horror designs that works just as well as graphic art.

This original poster has been professionally linen-backed and is sized approx. 27 1/4 x 41 inches (plus a little including the linen-backing). It will be sent rolled (unframed).
