ET 1984 Polish B1 Film Poster, Jakub Erol

Steven Spielberg's E.T. is one of cinema's great stories of childhood, friendship and finding your way home. Tender, funny and packed with 1980s magic, it turned a homesick alien into a global icon.

Jakub Erol gives that icon a completely different Polish identity. His hand-painted E.T. stares out from a dense cosmic field, glowing finger raised against deep blue, rust red and scattered stars. Strange, soulful and gloriously unlike the familiar Hollywood campaign, this is Polish sci-fi poster art at its most characterful. One of our favourite poster designs for the title. 

This original movie poster was folded (as issued) but has been stored flat a long time and folds softened and barely noticeable. It is sized approx. 26 x 38 inches and will be sent rolled (unframed).
