King Kong 1933 French Petite Film Poster, Pierre Pigeot

Incredibly rare first-year-of-release French film poster for landmark American monster film King Kong. We simply adore the design by Pierre Pigeot, a small, but certainly mighty, poster for the undeniable classic.

Several styles of poster were created for the film's original release in France, and this design was one of the ones that was also seen in the French pressbook. As can be seen in the images, the poster has a blank date/time cinema box in the upper left.

Naturally all early posters for King Kong are highly collectible and this one is in fantastic unrestored condition. This vintage movie poster is sized 11 3/4 x 15 1/2 inches and will be sent rolled (unframed).
