Another wonderfully rare poster from early silent cinema. Rex Ingram's 1922 The Prisoner of Zenda is silent swashbuckling on a grand scale, with Lewis Stone taking on royal doubles, palace intrigue and a fictional European kingdom built for adventure.

Curt Peters gives the Swedish poster a bold storybook theatricality, exactly right for a tale of masks, swords and stolen identities. A superb piece of early cinema design with more than a century of history behind it.
